4.3 Misuse of the software, including unauthorized access or attempting to reverse-engineer the software, is strictly prohibited.

5. Setup and Support

5.1 GENERALIFX provides setup assistance to integrate the software with your trading account. This includes:

  • Configuring trading parameters.
  • Ensuring compatibility with your chosen regulated brokerage.

5.2 Ongoing support is available for troubleshooting and optimizing the software’s performance. However, you are responsible for making necessary adjustments to your trading settings as market conditions change.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 GENERALIFX charges a subscription fee for the use of its Services. The fee structure will be provided during the signup process and may be subject to periodic updates.

6.2 Payment must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of Services.
